Via Dolorosa Ministries is a Christian ministry based in Nottingham, UK. We are the data controller for information collected through this website.

What we collect
- Contact form: name, email, optional phone number, topic and message.
- Prayer form: optional name, your request, and an email or phone number if you ask us to contact you.
- Volunteer applications: name, email, telephone, chosen role, CV if attached, and cover letter.
- Programme sign-ups: name, email, optional telephone number, chosen programme, participation or mentor interest, and any message.
- Email updates: your email address.
- A one-way scrambled code from your connection, used only to block spam.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and support you (legitimate interests and your consent).
- To review volunteer applications and contact applicants (your consent).
- To contact you about joining a programme or becoming a mentor (your consent).
- To pray for requests you send us (your explicit consent).
- To send ministry updates you signed up for (your consent).
Sharing and keeping data
- We never sell your information.
- We share it only with the team members who need it, or where required by law.
- Data is stored securely by our website hosting provider.
- We keep messages only as long as needed to help you, then delete them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent or object to how we use it. Email hello@viadolorosaministries.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
