Alive but disconnected
Men who are surrounded by people yet profoundly alone.

About us
Via Dolorosa: the way of sorrows. A road towards restoration.
The Via Dolorosa is the road Jesus walked to the cross. Our name expresses a willingness to walk with men through places of pain, not to leave them there, but to point towards healing, freedom, identity and purpose in Christ. Suffering is encountered, never glorified.
We are a church family rooted in Nottingham, with a particular burden for men who should not have to earn the right to be noticed.
Men who are surrounded by people yet profoundly alone.
Men carrying shame, addiction or a past they would rather hide.
Men moving between housing, recovery, courses and work.
Help can feel fragmented: a bed in one place, a course in another. We walk alongside men between those steps, joining spiritual, practical and relational care. We work alongside churches, recovery services and housing providers, and never replace specialist care.
Men are our focus, but Sundays welcome women, children and families too. Jesus is the reason for our work, yet nobody has to share our faith to receive welcome or help.
